Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on your destination, product type, order size, and overall parcel weight. All costs are displayed clearly at checkout so you always know what to expect.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
United States: Approximately 10–15 days
Rest of the world: Approximately 15-24 days, depending on your country and courier availability
We work closely with trusted logistics partners like Australia Post to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, actual transit times can vary due to customs clearance, local postal processing, public holidays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control. While we monitor every shipment, 24 Hour Meds cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party agencies or national customs authorities.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Every order is reviewed and verified before being released for packing. Once approved, your parcel is securely prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of invoice confirmation.
You will receive your invoice within 12 hours of payment, followed by your tracking number within 48 hours after dispatch (in most cases sooner).
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear on the courier’s system.

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations
Most parcels clear customs without delay, but every country has its own rules. On rare occasions, your shipment may be held for inspection or subject to local duties or restrictions.
Please note that 24 Hour Meds cannot be responsible for customs delays, clearance issues, confiscation, or additional charges applied by local authorities. We are also unable to offer refunds or reshipments in cases where customs intervention prevents delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you believe it is lost in transit, contact us immediately. Our team will investigate the issue promptly and arrange a suitable solution, which may include reshipment depending on the circumstances.
